Step 2: Ship Your Ring

You can send the ring back to us for resizing. This process usually takes 8–10 business days.

Please ship the parcel via Australia Post and ensure you select the Signature Required option when sending the item for security purposes. Please don’t take insurance as it is covered by us. Please also mention correct ring size, return address and full name contact details in the parcel.

• Timeframe: 7–10 business days from receipt.
• Cost: One free resizing within 60 days; fees apply beyond this period.
