What’s Eligible for Price Match?

• Eligible Items: Lab-grown diamond jewellery (rings, earrings, necklaces) currently listed on ringsofaustralia.com.au
• Identical Design: The ring must be the same style, setting, and metal (e.g., 14K Yellow Gold solitaire, three-stone, etc.)
  
• Identical Diamond Specs: The diamond must match all the following:
  • Shape (Oval, Round, Cushion, etc.) 
  • Carat weight
  • Colour & Clarity
  • Cut grade
  • Certification (GIA, IGI, or equivalent)
• Publicly Listed Price: The lower price must be:
  • Clearly published on a competitor's official website
  • Not part of a flash sale, promo code, or hidden discount
• Australian Retailers Only: We only match pricing from certified, legitimate Australian jewellery retailers with a physical or online presence.
• In Stock & Available: The competitor's item must be available for immediate purchase.

What’s Not Eligible?

• Finished or Custom Jewellery: Price Match is not available on complete rings, customised pieces, or jewellery made via our bespoke design service.
• Special Orders: Items made via our Truly Custom service are excluded. For custom pieces, we source premium diamonds to meet your unique specs.
• Third-Party Marketplaces: Listings from global diamond marketplaces (e.g., RapNet), international retailers, or platforms like Etsy, eBay, or Alibaba are not eligible.
• Private Sellers: We will not match prices from individual or non-certified sellers, pawn shops, or auction listings.
• Out-of-Stock Items: The competitor’s diamond must be available to purchase and in stock at the time of comparison.
• Bundled or Promotional Offers: “Buy one, get one,” gift-with-purchase, coupon codes, or bundled pricing are not eligible.
• After Purchase Requests: Price Match requests must be made before you complete your order. No price adjustments will be made after purchase under any condition.
